Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply when you access the Feta & Fig website, place an order with us or purchase products directly from us.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. About us
Feta & Fig is operated by:
Feta & Fig Limited
Company number: 15871236
Registered office and trading address:
3 Rectory Row, Bracknell, England, RG12 7BN
References in these terms to “Feta & Fig”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Feta & Fig Limited.
References to “you” or “your” mean the person accessing our website or placing an order with us.
You can contact us using the contact details or contact form displayed on our website.
2. These terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed:
- through our website;
- by telephone;
- by message, where we have agreed to accept the order;
- at our premises; or
- through any other direct ordering method operated by Feta & Fig.
Orders placed through third-party platforms, including delivery marketplaces, may also be subject to that platform’s terms and conditions.
Where there is a conflict relating to an order placed through a third-party platform, the platform’s applicable terms may take priority in relation to payment, cancellation, delivery and refunds processed by that platform.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. Eligibility to place an order
To place an order, you must:
- be legally capable of entering into a contract;
- provide accurate and complete information;
- have authority to use the selected payment method; and
- provide a valid telephone number or other contact method where requested.
Where a person under the age of 18 places an order, they should do so with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that:
- the customer is not legally entitled to place it;
- the payment method is unauthorised;
- the information provided is false or incomplete;
- the order is fraudulent or suspicious; or
- accepting the order would breach the law or create a safety risk.
4. Our products
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately.
However:
- photographs are for illustrative purposes;
- presentation, colour and appearance may vary;
- ingredients and suppliers may change;
- handmade products may differ slightly between orders;
- portion sizes and weights may vary within reasonable preparation tolerances; and
- availability may change without notice.
Menu descriptions are intended to provide a general description of each product and may not list every ingredient.
You must contact us before ordering where you require information about ingredients, allergens or dietary suitability.
5. Product availability and substitutions
All products are subject to availability.
We may be unable to supply an item because of:
- stock shortages;
- supplier changes;
- equipment problems;
- food-safety considerations;
- unexpected demand; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where an item is unavailable after you order, we may contact you to offer:
- a suitable substitute;
- removal of the unavailable item and a partial refund;
- store credit, where you agree; or
- cancellation and refund of the affected part of the order.
We will not make a material substitution without your agreement.
Minor changes that do not materially alter the nature, value or allergen status of a product may sometimes be necessary.
6. Allergies and dietary requirements
Food allergies and intolerances can cause serious harm.
You must speak directly with a member of our team before ordering if you or anyone consuming the order has:
- a food allergy;
- a food intolerance;
- coeliac disease;
- a medical dietary requirement; or
- any other concern about ingredients or cross-contact.
Do not rely solely on:
- menu descriptions;
- website filters;
- previous orders;
- photographs;
- product names;
- automated ordering notes; or
- information displayed by a third-party platform.
Our kitchen handles a range of allergens, which may include:
- cereals containing gluten;
- milk;
- eggs;
- mustard;
- sesame;
- soya;
- celery;
- fish;
- nuts;
- peanuts; and
- sulphites.
Although we follow food-safety procedures and take reasonable precautions, food is prepared in a shared kitchen. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of an allergen.
Descriptions such as “vegetarian”, “vegan”, “plant-based” or “gluten-free” describe the intended ingredients or recipe. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise, they do not guarantee the absence of cross-contact during storage, handling or preparation.
An order note does not replace a direct conversation with our team. We may refuse an order where we do not believe we can safely accommodate an allergy or dietary requirement.
7. How an order is formed
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A binding contract is formed when we:
- expressly accept the order;
- issue an order confirmation indicating acceptance; or
- begin preparing the order,
whichever occurs first.
An automated acknowledgement confirming that we have received your request may not, by itself, constitute acceptance.
We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including:
- unavailable products;
- incorrect pricing;
- payment failure;
- inability to fulfil the requested collection or delivery time;
- suspected fraud;
- technical errors;
- safety concerns; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund for the amount charged for the cancelled products.
8. Checking your order
You are responsible for checking your order before submitting it.
This includes checking:
- the selected products;
- quantities;
- sizes;
- toppings and customisations;
- collection or delivery details;
- requested time;
- contact details;
- discount codes; and
- the final price.
Please contact us immediately if you identify an error.
Once preparation has started, we may be unable to change or cancel the order.
9. Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where VAT is applicable.
Prices may vary between:
- in-store orders;
- direct website orders;
- collection orders;
- delivery orders;
- telephone orders; and
- third-party delivery platforms.
Different prices may apply because of platform commissions, delivery costs, promotions or different sales channels.
The applicable price is the price displayed or communicated before you confirm your order.
Any compulsory charges, including delivery or service charges where applicable, will be shown before the order is submitted.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect an order already accepted by us.
10. Pricing and menu errors
We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
Where an obvious pricing or menu error is discovered before acceptance, we may:
- reject the order;
- cancel the affected item; or
- contact you and ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
We are not required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where you knew, or could reasonably have recognised, that the price was an error.
If we cancel an item because of our error, we will refund the amount paid for that item.
11. Payments
Payment methods available may vary depending on how the order is placed.
Payment may be taken:
- when the order is submitted;
- when we accept the order;
- when the order is collected; or
- through a third-party payment or ordering provider.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
An order may be rejected or cancelled where:
- payment is declined;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- incorrect payment information is supplied;
- a transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent; or
- the full amount is not paid when due.
Payment-card information is normally processed by our payment provider. We do not ordinarily receive or retain your complete card number.
A pending payment or temporary bank authorisation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted.
12. Collection orders
You must collect your order from the location shown in your order confirmation.
Collection times are estimates rather than guaranteed appointments. Preparation may take longer during:
- busy trading periods;
- unusually large orders;
- equipment failures;
- staffing shortages;
- supplier disruption; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please arrive reasonably close to your collection time.
You may be asked to provide:
- your name;
- telephone number;
- order number;
- order confirmation; or
- proof of payment.
You are responsible for checking that you have received the correct number of packages and drinks before leaving the premises.
Food quality and safety may deteriorate if an order is collected late. We are not responsible for reduced temperature, texture or quality caused by unreasonable delay in collection.
13. Uncollected orders
Fresh food is prepared specifically for the requested collection time.
If you do not collect your order:
- we may attempt to contact you;
- we may hold the order for a reasonable period;
- we may dispose of it where necessary for food safety or quality; and
- you may still be charged in full.
We are not required to remake or refund an order that was prepared correctly and on time but was not collected because of your failure to attend.
Where you expect to be late, contact us as soon as possible.
14. Delivery orders
Where direct delivery is offered, delivery will only be available within the locations and times specified by us.
You must provide:
- a complete and accurate address;
- the correct postcode;
- any necessary building or access instructions;
- a working telephone number; and
- a safe and lawful delivery location.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- traffic;
- weather;
- road closures;
- high order volumes;
- difficulty locating the address;
- access restrictions; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You must be available to receive the order.
Where we cannot complete delivery because:
- no one answers;
- the address is incorrect or incomplete;
- access is denied;
- we cannot contact you;
- the location is unsafe; or
- the recipient refuses the order,
the order may be returned to the shop or disposed of. You may still be charged.
We may refuse delivery to a location that is outside our delivery area or considered unsafe or inaccessible.
Where delivery is fulfilled by a third-party platform or courier, responsibility for delivery timing and conduct may also be governed by that provider’s terms.
15. Estimated preparation and delivery times
Any collection, preparation or delivery time shown is an estimate.
We will take reasonable steps to fulfil the order within a reasonable period, but we do not guarantee exact times unless we expressly agree otherwise.
A moderate delay will not automatically entitle you to a refund where the food remains suitable and the order is otherwise correctly fulfilled.
Where a delay becomes substantial, contact us so that we can investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.
16. Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel an order.
Because our food is:
- freshly prepared;
- made to order;
- customised; and
- perishable,
you do not normally have a 14-day right to change your mind after ordering.
Before preparation begins, we may agree to:
- amend the order;
- move the collection time;
- issue a refund; or
- provide store credit.
Once preparation has started, ingredients have been committed or the order has been completed, we may refuse a cancellation or charge for the affected items.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where products are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
17. Refunds and order problems
Please check your order as soon as reasonably possible.
Contact us promptly if:
- an item is missing;
- an incorrect item has been supplied;
- the order is materially different from its description;
- the food is damaged or unfit for consumption;
- there is a suspected food-safety problem; or
- the order has not been provided.
To investigate, we may reasonably ask for:
- your order number;
- proof of purchase;
- photographs;
- details of the issue;
- the affected product or packaging; and
- the time the problem was discovered.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include:
- replacing the affected item;
- remaking part or all of the order;
- refunding the affected item;
- issuing store credit where you agree; or
- another reasonable solution.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control. A refund may take several working days to appear.
We will not normally provide a refund simply because:
- you changed your mind;
- you selected the wrong product, size or option;
- you did not enjoy a flavour that was supplied as described;
- you failed to collect the order;
- you provided an incorrect address;
- the food became cold because of delayed collection or consumption; or
- you failed to tell us about an allergy or dietary requirement before ordering.
This does not remove any legal right you may have.
18. Food handling after collection or delivery
Once the order has been collected or delivered, you are responsible for:
- transporting it appropriately;
- consuming it within a reasonable period;
- following any storage or reheating instructions;
- keeping it away from contamination; and
- ensuring it is suitable for the intended consumer.
Hot food is intended for prompt consumption.
We are not responsible for deterioration, contamination or injury caused by:
- unreasonable delay before consumption;
- incorrect storage;
- inadequate reheating;
- leaving food at an unsafe temperature;
- tampering after collection or delivery; or
- handling outside our control.
19. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, discounts and voucher codes may be subject to additional terms displayed with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions are available for a limited period;
- offers are subject to availability;
- only one discount or promotional code may be used per order;
- offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
- discounts do not apply retrospectively;
- minimum-spend requirements may apply;
- excluded products or sales channels may apply;
- delivery, platform or service charges may be excluded;
- codes may be limited to one use per person, household, telephone number, email address, payment method or delivery address; and
- promotions cannot be combined with another offer.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion before an order is placed.
We may reject or cancel use of a promotion where we reasonably believe there has been:
- misuse;
- duplication;
- manipulation;
- fraud;
- a technical error; or
- a breach of the promotion’s conditions.
Where cancelling a promotion affects an accepted paid order, we will act reasonably and explain the available options.
20. Vouchers and store credit
Where we issue a voucher or store credit:
- it may only be used with Feta & Fig;
- it may be restricted to specified products or ordering channels;
- it may have an expiry date;
- it may not be transferable;
- it cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
- no cash change will be given; and
- it must not be resold without our permission.
Any specific terms printed on or supplied with the voucher will also apply.
Lost, deleted or misused vouchers may not be replaced unless we can verify them and reasonably prevent duplicate use.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
21. Loyalty programmes and the Feta & Fig Club
Where we operate the Feta & Fig Club or another loyalty scheme, separate promotional or membership conditions may apply.
Membership benefits:
- may change from time to time;
- are subject to availability;
- may be personal to the member;
- may not be transferred or sold;
- may have expiry dates; and
- may be withdrawn where the scheme is misused.
Joining a marketing or loyalty programme does not guarantee that you will receive every offer.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Further information about how we use personal information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
22. Complaints
We aim to resolve problems fairly and promptly.
Where possible, raise an order complaint:
- immediately;
- before leaving the premises; or
- as soon as reasonably possible after collection or delivery.
Please provide enough information for us to identify the order and investigate the issue.
You can contact us using the details shown on our website or by writing to:

Nothing in these terms prevents you from seeking advice from Citizens Advice, Trading Standards or another appropriate body.
23. Use of our website
You may use our website for lawful personal purposes.
You must not:
- misuse the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access;
- introduce viruses or malicious software;
- interfere with the website’s operation or security;
- scrape or extract data without permission;
- impersonate another person;
- submit false orders;
- use the website for fraudulent purposes;
- reproduce website content for commercial purposes without permission; or
- use automated systems to overload or disrupt the service.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
24. Website availability
We aim to keep our website and ordering systems available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may suspend, withdraw or change part of the website for:
- maintenance;
- security;
- system upgrades;
- supplier changes;
- technical faults; or
- business reasons.
Where an online ordering system is unavailable, you may contact us or order through another available method.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability where we have taken reasonable care.
25. Website information
We take reasonable care to keep website content accurate and current.
However:
- opening hours may change;
- prices may change;
- products may become unavailable;
- promotional information may expire;
- ingredients may change; and
- third-party information may not always be current.
Information on the website is provided for general customer use and should not be treated as professional medical, nutritional or dietary advice.
26. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including:
- the Feta & Fig name;
- logos;
- branding;
- photographs;
- graphics;
- videos;
- menu designs;
- product names;
- written content;
- recipes;
- software; and
- page layouts,
are owned by or licensed to Feta & Fig Limited and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
27. Third-party links and services
Our website may contain links to:
- payment providers;
- delivery platforms;
- social media services;
- maps;
- review platforms; and
- other third-party websites.
We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
Using a third-party service may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
28. Personal information
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Our Privacy Policy explains:
- what information we collect;
- how we use it;
- who we share it with;
- how long we retain it; and
- your data-protection rights.
29. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Loss or damage is foreseeable where:
- it was an obvious consequence of our breach; or
- both you and we knew it might happen when the contract was formed.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded;
- unsafe products where legal liability applies; or
- any other matter for which liability cannot legally be limited.
30. Business losses
Our products and website are intended primarily for private consumer use.
Where you use our products or website for commercial, resale or business purposes, we will not be responsible for:
- loss of profit;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of business;
- business interruption;
- loss of opportunity; or
- indirect commercial loss,
except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Separate written terms may apply to catering, event or wholesale orders.
31. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- severe weather;
- traffic disruption;
- road closures;
- power, water or internet failure;
- payment-system failure;
- equipment breakdown;
- fire or flooding;
- supplier failure;
- labour shortages;
- government restrictions;
- public emergencies; or
- acts or omissions of third-party delivery providers.
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and minimise disruption.
Where we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will normally cancel the affected part and provide an appropriate refund.
32. Conduct towards staff and customers
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order or require a person to leave our premises where they:
- act abusively, threateningly or violently;
- harass staff or customers;
- damage property;
- appear to present a safety risk;
- repeatedly make fraudulent claims;
- attempt to obtain food or refunds dishonestly; or
- otherwise behave unlawfully.
Where an accepted order is cancelled for these reasons, any refund will depend on whether preparation has started and the circumstances involved.
We may report criminal or threatening behaviour to the police.
33. Transfer of our rights
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, for example as part of a sale or restructuring of the business.
Any transfer will not reduce your statutory rights.
You may only transfer your rights under an order to another person with our agreement, except where the law provides otherwise.
34. If part of these terms is invalid
Each section of these terms operates separately.
If a court or relevant authority finds that any section is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
35. Delay in enforcing these terms
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
A waiver will only apply where we expressly confirm it.
36. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in:
- our products or services;
- ordering methods;
- business operations;
- technology;
- legal requirements; or
- regulatory guidance.
The latest version will be published on our website with the updated date shown at the top.
The terms applying to an order will normally be those in effect when the order is placed.
37. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the law where you live.
You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also be entitled to bring proceedings in their local courts.
